Here’s how we’ll bring the Buzz …
We’ll keep it discreet.
A plain brown box. No indication of the contents. And nothing left on the doorstep or with neighbours. Just as you’d expect.
How much will it cost?
Select the right delivery option for you during checkout and you’ll get the price then.
How do you deliver?
Royal Mail: Delivery is usually in 1-3 days. If you’re not in, the item will be held for you at your local Royal Mail depot for 7 days.
DPD Next Day: As the name suggests, delivery is usually next day providing you order by 3pm. If you are not in when the parcel arrives the item will be held at the local DPD depot for 5 days.
Next day delivery cut off is 3pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
RETURNS
Want to send something back? No problem! Just a few conditions first though…
- The goods must be unused
- They must be returned in original condition & packaging
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received them
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return them.
A bit of advice: You bear the postage cost of anything you return (unless the product is faulty) and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For that reason, please make sure you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
